At West Born Pottery, each piece is thoughtfully handmade and carefully prepared for its journey to you. Because of the nature of our process, shipping timelines and handling may differ slightly from larger retailers—but we believe the craftsmanship is worth the wait.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. As a small-batch studio, please allow additional time during busy seasons or for custom pieces.

Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship via trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Delivery times typically range from:

  • 2–5 business days for domestic orders (after processing)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions—be sure to sign up for updates so you don’t miss out.

Packaging

Each piece is packaged with great care using protective materials to ensure it arrives safely. Due to the fragile nature of pottery, we take extra steps to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
